A group of very large Barite crystals from the Dec 2023 find at the Linwood Mine. The two large crystals measure about 7 cm and 5 cm and are 3 cm thick. The group weighs 30 ounces / 847 gm, so shipping weight is estimated at 3 pounds. The crystals are quite aesthetic, with a yellow-tan color and glassy luster on the front and back faces, while the edge faces have a matte luster. Displays very well as shown without support. Great large Barite.
