STILBITE

Locality: Scofield Quarry, Maybee, Michigan
Size:  6 x 4 x 2.2 cm
A pair of great transparent blue Celestite crystals ( and a few smaller ones )
on just the right amount of matrix.
The crystal morphology is wonderful. My label indicates I acquired it in 1982,
so its an older find.
Locality: Mundo Nuevo Mine, Pallasca Prov., Ancash Dept., Peru
Size:  4.5 x 4.5 x 5 cm
Huebnerite crystals to 3.5 cm with needle Quartz.
The huebnerites are a deep redunder strong lighting as seen in several
of these pics. All the crystals are well terminated with glassy faces as
seen in the first picture.  Excellent & rich specimen.
Locality: Brumado, Bahia, Brazil
Size:  4 x 2 x 1.4 cm
A large deep red Uvite crystal on a clear Quartz crystal.  These red ones are
much less common than the green ones from this locale, and at 2 cm long,
this one is considerably larger than is usual. The Uvite is not complete on
the back side, but the display side as is shown is really nice.
Locality: Elmwood Mine, Smith Co., Tennessee
Size:  9 x 6 x 4 cm
A choice cabinet specimen of brilliant, undamaged, large Sphalerite crystals
from this very famous, closed mine complex.
Locality: Pachapaqui, Bolognesi Prov., Ancash Dept., Peru
Size:  8 x 6.5 x 3.5 cm
By far, one of the nicest Sphalerite specimens I've had from Peru.
This beauty has very bright (better than the pics),undamaged crystals
nicely distributed over contrasting white Quartz cover matrix.
Very Choice.
Locality: Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, New Jersey
Size:  4.5 x 4 x 5 cm
An aesthetic 3 cm Stilbite crystal tops this excellent miniature from the old
Paterson, NJ locale.  Small Laumontites also present.

HUEBNERITE

Locality: Huaura Mine, Pasto Bueno, Pallasca Prov., Peru
Size:  6.5 x 2 x 1.5 cm
This Huebnerite is not from the recent find of smaller crystals, but dates to
the old finds of the 70's when these large crystals were more common,
but now rarely seen for sale. This is a clean well terminated crystal about
2.5 inches long, with quartz crystals growing on the back side.  Very nice.
