AZURITE
$50
Locality: Touissit, Oujda-Angad Pref., Oriental Region, Morocco
Size:  4.3 x 3.9 x 3.5 cm
A beautiful old Touissit azurite on limonite matrix from my personal collection.
Wonderful deep blue, lustrous, undamaged crystals.
Early 1980's specimen.  Choice
.
Locality: Kerrouchen, Khenifra, Morocco
Size:  7 x 3 x 4 cm
A very fine, pristine crystal of Azurite sits in a shallow vug on this well balanced
specimen.  Good Azurites have always been somewhat scarce and this
specimen hosts a great 2 cm undamaged crystal.
Locality: Kerrouchen, Khenifra, Morocco
Size:  2.5 x 3.2 x 2 cm
An excellent group of Azurite crystals pseudomorphed to Malachite with a
great doubly terminated crystal sitting on edge on the top of the specimen.
Very aesthetic.
Locality: Kerrouchen, Khenifra, Morocco
Size:  3.5 x 2 x 1.5 cm
A floater, double terminated crystal of bright, lustrous Azurite.
The terminations at both ends are a series of jagged little points, and there is a
little alteration to Malachite as seen in the pics, that give it a nice color contrast.
I acquired this in 1980, so it was probably mined in the late 70's
