This matrix cerussite is so clear and gemmy that I had a difficult time
photographing it. The very clear, slightly smokey crystals are very clean.
A nice miniature from this most famous locale for cerussite.
Locality: Proprietary Mine, Broken Hill, New South Wales, Australia
Size:  2.6 x 2.4 x 2 cm
A perfect reticulated twin 'snowflake' crystal from this classic old locale.
This is a tan colored crystal with what I believe is a light surface alteration to
Hyrdocerussite with some adhering matrix on the bottom.
Extremely difficult to obtain on todays market.
Ex Ertel collection
Locality: Mibladen, Midelt, Khenifra Prov., Morocco

A choice group of crystals on a matrix of Barite. No Damage.

Locality: Garn Alfaya, Le Kef, Tunisia
Size: 5 x 4 x 3 cm
A rare Cerussite from an obscure locale in Tunisia, acquired back in the 1970's
and have seen only one other, which is in my collection as well.
This one is very clean  well crystalized.  Rare .
Ex Ertel collection.

A great small miniature Tsumeb Cerussite.  Choice.
Ex Neil Pfaff 1997 , Ex Ertel Collection
Locality:
Size:  4 x 5.5 x 2 cm
A very fine twinned Cerussite in excellent condition. These are so hard to find without
nicks and abrasions and this one is very clean. It has the high luster and complex
twinning typical of these large Cerussites.  This one with an old L.H. Conklin label
probably 1970's vintage.

Locality: Daoping Mine, Gongcheng Co., Guangxi Prov., China
Size:  5 x 4 x 1.7 cm
An excellent group of crystals from the famous finds about 15 years ago.
All the crystals are clean and undamaged and up to about 1 cm long.
There is a matrix repair which is invisable on the front and can be seen as a very small adhesive
gleam in a seam on the rear. Of no consequence, but I want to note it.
This is a very good specimen from the find and now extremely difficult to obtain anymore.

Locality: Tsumeb, Namibia
Size:  7.5 x 3.5 x 1.3 cm
A large Cerussite crystal with some reticulation at one end. This classic cerrusite is in very good
condition overall with only minor out of sight nick on the back side of the large crystals termination
and a broken crystal on the lower right as seen in the top left photo. This may be where it
was attached to other crystals as it is well crystallized everywhere else.  These are notoriously
fragile when mined , so this is in very good condition. Ex Ertel collection
