Locality: Poudrette Quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada
Size:  4.5 x 5.3 x 4.5 cm
A beautiful salmon colored Serandite crystal 4.5 cm tall with a 'foot' of smaller crystals.
The back of the crystal is cleaved, but the display from the front is great, and keeps
the price for this rarety very reasonable. Got this directly from Ernie Schlichter who
collected it about 25 years ago.  His 'The Show Case' label is included.

A spray of extra fat Hemimorphite crystals on a bed of contrasting Limonite and smaller
crystals.  This is so aesthetic and well balanced that I'm not sure it could get any better.

Size:  3.3 x 3 x 1.3 cm
A complete all around group of pristine Hematite crystals on a small pillar of Quartz.
No defects at all and very sharp and lustrous. A superb Swiss alpine Hematite collected
in 1997 and acquired from Ross Lilly with accompanying label.
Locality: Mont St. Hilaire, Quebec, Canada
Size: 5.7 x 3 x 4.3 cm.
Long terminated black Aegirine crystals, the longest is 6.4 cm., on a bed of natrolite and analcite
crystals. This was acquired in 1985 from the collector that found it just a few months earlier.
This was a great piece 35 years ago, and these are no longer obtainable.
Locality: Flambeau Mine, Ladysmith, Rusk Co., Wisconsin
Size: 4 x 3 x 2.5 cm
Chalcocite crystal mass with irridescent sheen from the old Flambeau Mine.  
This came out of the major find around 1990 and consista of well formed Chalcocite
crystals in a floater group. It is crystalized all around and has no dings or defects.

A fine 3 cm, lusterous, jet black Huebnerite Crystal on a very aesthetic grouping
of tapered white Quartz crystals.  A nice Japan Law Twin Quartz is among the Quartz's.
This is an extremely fine cabinet size combo specimen.
Locality: Green Monster Mtn., Prince of Wales Island, Alaska
Size:  5 x 5.5 x 2.8 cm
Two very fine Epidote crystals with a nice group of Quartz crystals on them from this
very remote and famous epidote locale.  The specimen is crystalized all around and is
technically a 'floater' with a quartz druse on the bottom. Very fine quality.

Locality: Tasna Mine, Nor Chichas Prov., Potosi Dept., Bolivia
Size: 5.3 x 3.9 x 2.5 cm.
Excellent, lustrous, sharp, jet black bladed Ferberite crystals with gemmy needle
Quartz on minor matrix. Awesome specimen in pristine condition from Brian Cosner
(label included) in 2018.
Locality: Alto Benedito Pegmatite, Frei Martinho, Paraiba, Brazil
Size: 4.8 x 2.3 x 1.8 cm.
A superb Columbite crystal, terminated at both ends, and in pristine condition. It is a large
crystal and it is sharply formed.  Crystals such as this are quite rare and very difficult to
obtain. It was out of the Martin Oliete collection about 20 years ago.

A few flowing over the top to add contrast and aesthetics. Perfect condition.
I've not seen others from this locale, so I think it was a small find.

EPIDOTE & Quartz
Locality: Barger Quarry, Lexington, Rockbridge Co., Virginia
Size:  5 x 5 x 4 cm
An unusual Pyrite with modified cubic and octahedral faces exposed in dark grey
limestoine from the Liberty Formation. The quarry was on the south side of US Rt 60
and has been reclaimed and is now a shopping center. These pyrite were scarce and
very difficult to recover in one piece. Collected in 1978.
Locality: Mega Xhorio, Serifos Island, South Aegean, Greece
Size: 9 x 5.3 x 1.3 cm.
A large 9 cm green Quartz crystal with several 5 cm crystals attached about midpoint.
These get their color from included Actinolite. The crystals are tapered, refered to as a tessin habit,
caused by growth interference from the inclusions. No damage . . . all tips are perfect. Excellent large
crystals for the find. Mined in the late 80's from a scarn on Serifos Island.

Large, robust, barrel shaped , butterscotch colored crystals om matrix.
Acquired directly from the miner in Tucson in 1983.
Locality: Kruchev Dol Mine
Size: 4.5 x 5 x 3 cm.
A really unusual Galena with growth features that are both paralell and skeletal with
octahedral modifications.  And, it is aesthetically set on a bed of matrix to show it off.
Got this in 2003 from Ross Lilly, so it is from the early mining in the district.
Locality: Molina de Aragon, Guadalajara, Castile-La Mancha, Spain
Size: 4 x 4 x 3 cm.
.A floater group of pseudohexagonal Aragonite twins, complete and undamaged all around
from this classic locale for these superb Aragonites. They have great form, high luster and
lavander cores.  Very fine.
Locality: Deveti Septemvri Complex, Madan Dist., Rhodope Mtns., Bulgaria
Size:  4.7 x 3 x 3.5 cm
A floater Pyrite group featuring several larger crystals and many smaller crystals
especially on the 'back'.  The group is very bright gold with very high luster.
The crystals are cubic with beautiful striations and aesthetic form.
Ex Ross Litty with label (North Star Minerals), mined in 1996.
Locality: Alto da Pitora, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Size: 5 x 2.6 x 3 cm
A superb matrix Rose Quartz with a double terminated, complex crystalized Rose Quartz
on a white matrix of Albite and white Quartz. These are huge crystals for the variety,
and the aesthetics is wonderful.
Locality: Xianghualing Mine, Linwu, Hunan Prov., China
Size:  5.5 x 4.5 x 4.5 cm
A large octahedron of light lavander Fluorite with a neat little cluster of white Calcite
crystals non the tip.  There is a nice phantom inside the crystal, and the surface luster
shimmers from the many micro faces.
